Overview:

As a new and innovative estate and letting agent the Saxon Shore project provided a great opportunity to create a modern and functional website with heavy emphasis on social media and blogging with the end goal being a bespoke graphical showpiece.

The site structure we used with a full screen simple layout allowed us to utilise vivid local imagery that was provided to use however a rich feature of the home page is the use of patterned backgrounds for alternative sections of the homepage to break up the page and create a unique and styled feel.

A prominent feature is the double level main navigation menu which avoids a cluttered feel and keeps the prominence of each menu item. The addition of the top bar ensures that the client login section is always visible as a great deal of importance is dedicated to getting users to engage with the user audience and create accounts for data capture and future campaign management.

Another nice effect is the client logo which animates as the user scrolls down from the top of the page where again we have implemented a sticky main navigation menu to ensure the prominent sections of the site are always in reach of the site user.

Below the main header image where the search and valuation buttons take center stage can be found a selection of available components such as featured articles, office locations, local area guides, testimonial preview and social media connections. On a responsive view the header image formats neatly onto one screen where users will intuitively know to scroll down to access other useful material.
