As a large multi – office estate agent the dynamic of the website had to be scaled to accommodate easy navigation for a centralized property search whilst enabling users to easily identify and contact their relevant local branch whilst also optimizing the site for SEO across several geographical areas.
Starting at the home page we have utilized a full screen placeholder for a video. The site structure is designed to be responsive so the image and the main call to actions are always visible full screen no matter what device is being used.
The intuitive nature of smartphones means that users will know to scroll down the page to access any number of home page components that will link to various areas of the website. This is a common theme across many of our sites and follows modern day website convention as opposed to cramming everything into the space one screen.
A constantly visible main and sub-main navigation bar is clean and bold against the background and a sliding valuation button has been strategically placed at the top right to attract attention whilst no interfering with the users’ view. In total there are 3 valuations visible on the main view of the home page!
A prominent and clean search tool allows the user to select buying or renting with a free input box for area or postcode which will utilize our intelligent and accurate property search. The search can be further refined using simple dropdown menus from the following list or map view.
You will also notice the draw a search where users can highlight a section on a map and the website will return a map view layout with any properties returned indicated by a pin which is clicked to view the full details.
The Livermores website is rich in useful content which not only helps SEO but also allowed us to design a dynamic and comprehensive article page with image animation on mouse hover and side bar components which are available to all clients to highlight prominent sales points or cross link to other important and relevant areas of the site.
